So here we go, I’ve decided to start this blog to highlight just how bad customer service levels are these days. Having worked in customer focused jobs since leaving school I always ensure that I give my customers great service BUT not everyone else does the same.
After all we are all customers to so we should give the service we expect when we are on the other side.
Im going to blog about my experiences, both good and bad, wherever i go so look out if I visit you 🙂
